Soak and freeze reusable ice packs (pack of 50). Simply soak the desired number of ice packs in water for 3-5 mins, wipe dry and freeze for at least 6 hours. 
Each gel pack has a 250ml volume measuring 15 x 9.5 cm and wafer thin until soaked in water. 
Space saving design, the pack of 50 ice packs only measure 15x10x 8cm. 
When freezing, make sure the plastic side of the ice pack is face down and mesh side facing up. 
Stack ice packs with mesh side touching the plastic side of adjacent ice pack.
